Adhesives for cardboard tubes
We produce a wide range of adhesives for the manufacture of cardboard tubes. We offer different types depending on the type of machine, the quality of the cardboard, the speed and the sector where the tubes are used.
Our aim is to find the most suitable type of adhesive for the production process, always seeking a good balance in the machine performance. Depending on the adhesive, we can improve speed, reduce cardboard waste, increase quality and reduce humidity, which means lower energy costs for drying and higher quality of the final tube.
The adhesive and the cardboard are two very important elements to achieve a top quality tube. For example, they must have final high resistance and compression strentgh and a low degree of humidity. They must also prevent deformation of the tubes and provide maximum bonding guarantee on high quality cardboard with high grammages and Scott bond values or Cobb values with low absorption.
