Our corporate group has its own production and research infrastructures on different continents, especially in Europe and America. These centres are equipped with top technology to optimize processes in the chemical industry. In Europe, our plant in Spain stands out, inaugurated in 2020, 100% sustainable and automated, and with a high production capacity.

In America, we have recently established an innovative plant in Mexico, the first in the state to implement a fully green approach. This plant has been completely transformed from producing synthetic emulsions and conventional adhesives to focusing on green chemistry, producing modified starches and plant-based adhesives. This project is a pioneer on the continent and stands out for its focus on the production of adhesives based on renewable raw materials. A great contribution for the municipality, completely converting a chemical plant classified as risky at state level, into a new 100% sustainable plant that produces green adhesives.

In addition, the group has research and development (R&D) laboratories in both regions, aimed at promoting sustainable products and green solutions in adhesives and other derived products.

In its different international production plants, JP&SB INTERNATIONAL has state-of-the-art equipment for the adhesives, starch and derivatives industry, its own laboratories, pilot equipment and pre-industrial units.

The R&D department works directly with the main producers of machinery and equipment for applying adhesives and starches, in the different fields and business units to which our corporate group supplies internationally. We have a special interest in closely following the latest developments in adhesive application technology. This is how we can research and develop new products following the latest advances in technological evolution of machines and equipment.

We also work directly with our customers on new developments, with the aim of always improving quality, performance and costs. We also have alliances with many industrial and scientific partners in both the public and private sectors.
